Jan-Christoph Stockebrand joined Autostadt GmbH in 2011. As member of the creative direction team, he has created spaces, exhibitions and visitor experiences in various contexts. Since 2019 he is responsible for strategy and concepts in Autostadt Business Development and focuses on the company’s transformation into a Smart Mobility Campus.
He is a licensed architect and holds an engineering diploma from RWTH Aachen, a master degree in architectural design from Pratt Institute New York and a real estate economist title from IREBS Regensburg. Jan-Christoph started his professional career at J. MAYER H. Architects in Berlin specializing in concept development and leading urban scale projects in Germany and abroad. Aside from his fascination for individual mobility, the communicative and transformational qualities of artificial spaces are at the centre of his work.
